Manchester United have completed the signing of Patrick Dorku to strengthen their left-back position for £25m, with a further £4m in add-ons.

The left-back position has been a key position United have identified since the appointment of Ruben Amorim.

They have been trying to sign Dorku for some time now and finally agreed a deal with Lecce last week. The

20-year-old underwent a medical on Saturday before signing a contract until 2030, with the option of a further year.

“I am very proud to be able to call myself a Man United player. สนใจสมัคร? คลิกที่นี่เพื่อเริ่มต้น. It is a very special day for my family,” Dorku said.

“I can’t wait to work with Ruben Amorim. His vision for the team and the future of the club is very exciting. There is a clear plan for my development and I feel that United is the place to fulfil my potential and ambitions.” Dorku is a versatile

player who can play on either side of the flanks, either in defence or behind, and he began his career in the youth system at FC Nordsjælland. In Denmark before being signed by Lecce in 2022,

he made his senior debut in 2023, going on to make 57 appearances and score five goals.

His form also earned him a call-up to the Denmark senior team last year, where he made four appearances.
